2. Performance Guarantee

The "$100 Venmo Guarantee" is subject to our discretion and requires that you provide full access to your existing Meta Business Manager for a verified audit of at least 15 minutes.

3. Use of Integrations

We leverage Givetech for scheduling and LeadConnector for CRM tracking. Users booking a call agree to be tracked via these proprietary systems for the purpose of conversion optimization.

4. Intellectual Property

All copywriting, funnels, and proprietary media buying models revealed during our consultations remain the property of Facebook Advertising Agency until a service agreement is signed.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate, specifically the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.
